REVIVE CLARITY

What can I expect from our first session?

Our first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, your hopes, and any concerns you might have. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work.

Starting therapy can bring up questions, and that’s completely natural. Here, I’ve gathered some of the most common ones to help you feel more at ease and informed as you consider taking this step. If something’s still unclear, I’m just a message away.
What is REVIVE MENYAL HEALTH?

A psychotherapy practice for international women and high performers navigating life transitions, offering evidence-based, compassionate support in Singapore and online.

Do you only work with women?

Not at all. I work with men too, and I love it. Mental health isn't just a women's issue. Many men still carry the weight of stigma and are told to “tough it out.” That ends here. This is a space where you get to show up as you are. No pressure, no judgment, just real support.

Is what I share confidential?

Your privacy is a foundation of our work together. Everything you share is held in strict confidence and treated with the highest ethical standards. The only rare exceptions involve legal obligations, such as situations where there's a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. Your trust matters deeply, and I’m here to protect it every step of the way.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I offer both face-to-face sessions in Singapore and secure online therapy, perfect if you're navigating a busy schedule or living overseas.

What brings people to therapy with me?

I specialize in supporting women through life transitions, such as relocation, identity shifts, motherhood, menopause, and fertility struggles, especially expat women navigating new cultures and roles. I also work with high-achieving women who are facing burnout, anxiety, role confusion, or a sense of losing themselves.

Common challenges I support include:
– Anxiety and stress
– Depression and low mood
– Burnout and overwhelm
– Relationship difficulties
– Loss of direction or purpose
– Self-esteem and inner critic struggles

My approach is gentle but grounded in proven, evidence-based methods, always tailored to what resonates with you.

What therapeutic approaches do you use?

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): A structured approach that helps you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours to feel and function better.

ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy): Helps you build psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to actions aligned with your values.

SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy): A future-oriented method that focuses on your strengths and what’s already working to create meaningful change in a short time.

Hypnotherapy: A gentle technique using deep relaxation and guided imagery to access your subconscious and support emotional healing or behavioural change.

Positive Psychology: Focuses on enhancing your strengths, resilience, and sense of meaning, helping you thrive.

Do I need to commit to a certain amount of sessions?

No pressure. Some clients benefit from just a few sessions, while others choose to work together longer. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, and I’ll regularly check in to ensure the process remains helpful and relevant..

What if I don't have time to go somewhere but still prefer face-to-face sessions?

I get it, some days, just getting out the door feels like a challenge. That’s why I try to offer home visits within Singapore (depending on the location). If time, energy, or other responsibilities are getting in the way, I’m happy to meet you where you are, literally.
